The central objective of Z02N-INF is to further develop the data management infrastructure of CRC1158, in order to facilitate integrative, cross-project analysis of converging, pain-related processes, and to ensure the interoperability and long-term usability of the CRC1158 data resource by the scientific community. These will include the GDPR-compliant PainReg-registry for storage of data collected in human projects, as well as the collaborative research platform foldercase that supports harmonized and federated machine learning applications, as well as project management and communication. In addition, this project will provide expertise in scRNAseq experimental design and data analysis, in order to support preclinical scRNAseq experiments and contribute to the identification of potentially converging molecular mechanisms and their translation.
